Please note that due to the current high volume of orders, there is a current processing time of 7-10 business days, this is in addition to the shipping time. Please don't forget to add a correct e-mail address so that the shipping notification can be sent to you.

Due to a high volume of orders, I cannot update addresses; if you provide an address and would like to make changes, I will have to cancel your order.

I am not responsible for products shipped to incorrect addresses. If items are returned back to me, I will charge a re-shipping fee to get the package sent back to you.

If you place multiple orders, as much as I try, I will not always be able to combine orders (again, this is due to logistics and the high volume of orders) nor refund shipping fees because this cost is based on *weight* (more lollies = more weight)

If a package gets lost while in transit and cannot be recovered, I can send out a replacement package upon the next restock, as long as the package is NOT marked as "Delivered"

If a package gets lost or stolen, but is marked as "Delivered", please understand that I cannot send a replacement or issue a refund. You are encouraged to open a ticket with the courier service who will investigate your missing package.
